In addition to actively litigating cases, Bill Stewart also maintains a mediation practice accepting a wide range of matters in both North and South Carolina.  Bill is certified as a Superior Court Mediator in North Carolina and as a Circuit Court Mediator and Arbitrator in South Carolina. Additionally, he is approved to mediate cases pending in all United States District Courts in the Carolinas.
